Hay guys! so at the moment my laptop is in the shop as we had taken up all the memory and we needed everything backed up and anything unnecessary wiped from it, we are not sure when we will be getting it back, but for the moment I am having to use my mums laptop, it is a lot faster than my laptop but msp lags worse than ever as its cant handle that much data coming in from one webpage at once, so I may not be able to chat or send greetings at until my other faster laptop is fixed, sorry :)
